RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR STYLISH T-SHIRT / CLASSICAL VIRTUAL RUN / LATEST VIRTUAL RUN EVENT

  1. Product return/refund/exchange are not allowed unless defects of product.
  2. Any request of return/refund/exchange must be submitted within 3 working days upon received of parcel thru WhatsApp: bit.ly/2yDqEaf together with photo of defects and courier slip.
  3. Return/refund/exchange items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Any discoloration due to soak will be ignored.
  4. Return/refund/exchange items which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be rejected and forfeited.
  5. Return/refund/exchange item is under buyer duty of care until it delivered to 139BPM. Buyer are recommended to insure against the return/refund/exchange items. Buyer to keep the return/refund/exchange items tracking no. and to notify 139BPM.
  6. 139BPM to contact Buyer once received the return item.
  7. 139BPM to notify the Buyer with new tracking no. for the replace item.
  8. All the return/refund/exchange items shipping cost to be borne by Buyer. 
  9. Any refund(s) will be credited to Buyer bank account within 1-3 working days. 

Important Notes: 

  • Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used. 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products is allowable. It may appear darker or lighter. No exchange is allowed due to colour variation excuse.
  • +/-0.5 inches differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material is allowable. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. 
  • Printing may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.  
  • Material and quality issues are not considered as defects and is subjective.

*Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.
